abdominal exercises for developing  stronger firmer abs

HANDS THROUGH KNEES

A good abdominal exercise, especially when combined with a pulsing movement.

Bring your feet up towards your bottom, having a gap between your knees.

Aim to sit up with arms going through the legs close to your body line.

If you find that your neck hurts, support your head with one hand, however avoid pulling on the neck.
