
KNEE TO SIDE OBLIQUES
Bring your heels
up towards your bottom, and rest your knees to one side on the floor.
With your hands clasped behind your head, come up smoothly using your side oblique muscles.
You will find that your body is on one side, if you find this uncomfortable, choose one of the other options.
