abdominal exercises for developing stronger firmer abs

HANDS TO KNEES OBLIQUES
Read notes on sit ups prior to doing this exercise.

Place one leg across the other, keeping the foot either on a bench, or close to your bottom.

Hold your head with one hand, keeping your chin of your chest, and avoid pulling on your neck.

With the other hand take it across your body, just above your knee.

Remember to take left hand to right knee, then vice versa.

Avoid forcing the body around, as this can cause a lot of stress on the lower back.

Here's another great exercise for the abs, the abdominal vacuum!
