
MEDICINE BALL
This is a good exercise
to perform with a partner.
Depending on your level of fitness, use either a weighted medicine ball or football.
Perform a normal sit-up, bringing the ball up towards your partner.
Here your partner will grab the ball, as you go back to the ground.
When you come up again grab the ball, and take it down to the ground with you.
Can be made harder by taking the ball behind your head on the way down, however avoid arching your back.
