abdominal exercises for developing stronger firmer abs

WEIGHTED SIT-UP
Read notes on abdominal technique prior to doing this exercise.

Persons with strong abdominals should only perform this exercise, as you will feel the burn.

Position yourself as for a normal sit up, however hold a small weight in your hands, across you chest whilst coming up.

Made harder by obviously increasing the weight, and also by having your hands stretched out behind your neck.

Here's another great exercise for the abs, the abdominal vacuum!
